Who this is for
Teams that completed an audit or framework session and want ongoing judgment as releases land — without hiring a full-time analytics lead specialised in language pedagogy.
What you get each month
- Two scheduled calls (60 minutes) for cohort reviews, release metric design, or instrumentation triage
- Written notes within two business days of each call
- Async responses to a bounded question queue (fair-use within the retainer)
Boundaries
Advisory does not include building dashboards, writing SQL packages as a delivery team, or on-call incident response. Heavy project work is scoped as a separate engagement.
Fee & cancellation
From MYR 4,200 per month. Cancel with fourteen days’ notice before the next billing period. Unused call time does not roll beyond thirty days unless agreed in writing.
