Refunds & cancellations
How deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for Sitecornerhub consulting engagements.

This policy applies to paid Sitecornerhub consulting: retention & progress audits, metric framework sessions, and monthly analytics advisory. It does not cover products, physical goods, or software licences — we do not sell those.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when cancellation rules below are met and fees have been paid. Complimentary discovery calls are not paid services and carry no refund.
Timeframes
- Audits & workshops: written cancellation more than 14 days before the agreed start date (or workshop date) is eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-recoverable travel booked at your request.
- Within 14 days of start: deposit is retained; remaining prepaid fees for work not started may be refunded or credited toward a reschedule within three months.
- Advisory retainers: cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next billing period. The current month is non-refundable once it has begun.

Non-refundable items
- Discovery calls (no charge)
- Third-party travel or venue costs already incurred at your written request
- Completed analysis weeks or delivered documents
- Advisory months that have commenced
Process
Email info@sitecornerhub.click with your engagement reference, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
Rescheduling
One reschedule with at least seven days’ notice is usually free for audits and workshops, subject to consultant availability. Further reschedules may incur a MYR 400 administrative fee.
Deposits & no-shows
Deposits secure calendar time. They become non-refundable inside the 14-day window or when work has started. If you miss a workshop without notice, we may treat the session as delivered for fee purposes.
Exceptions
If Sitecornerhub cancels for reasons other than your breach, you may choose a full refund or a free reschedule. Statutory rights under Malaysian law that cannot be waived remain available.
