  • Communications: email or phone correspondence you initiate

  • Engagement materials: if you become a client, project files and contacts under separate confidentiality terms

We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule discovery calls, prepare proposals, deliver contracted consulting, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations.

We process data based on your request to take steps prior to a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a consulting practice, consent for optional analytics cookies, and legal obligations where required.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Client project files follow retention stated in the statement of work. Analytics cookie identifiers follow the durations in the cookies table.

Sharing

We use processors for hosting, email, and (if enabled) analytics. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Malaysian law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a processor stores data outside Malaysia, we seek appropriate contractual safeguards and will provide details on request.

Your rights

Children

This site and our consulting services are directed at business professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
