Pricing follows the shape of the work. Language learning apps differ wildly in how they name lesson events, whether tutors sit in-app, and how many languages share one schema. The figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit; your estimate may land higher when catalogues are fragmented or multi-product.
Retention & progress audit
From MYR 12,800
Includes inventory, cohort reconstruction for nominated tracks, written findings, and a readout workshop. Multi-language apps or marketplace components are scoped after discovery.
Metric framework session
From MYR 3,600
One facilitated day plus prep and a one-page framework. In-person delivery outside Kuching includes travel on the estimate.
Monthly analytics advisory
From MYR 4,200 / month
Two calls and async notes. Heavier project months convert to a fixed statement of work rather than stretching the retainer.
What moves an estimate

Deposits & billing
Audits and sessions usually require a 40% deposit to reserve start dates, with the balance due on delivery of the final document or workshop. Advisory is billed monthly in advance. See Refunds for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
