About Sitecornerhub

We help language learning product teams in Malaysia read learner behaviour with the same care they put into lesson design.

Why we exist

Language apps live or die on whether people keep practising after the novelty fades. Sitecornerhub started in Kuching when a small team building Malay and Mandarin drills realised their “engagement” charts celebrated screen time while tutors complained about unfinished speaking tasks. We specialise in that mismatch — between pedagogical intent and what the event stream records.

How we work

We treat analytics as a craft of careful definitions, not a parade of charts. Engagements are advisory: you keep your warehouse, your vendors, and your curriculum authors. We bring facilitation, cohort reconstruction, and plain-language recommendations that product and learning designers can argue about productively.

People

Nadia Chen leads most retention audits. She spent years translating curriculum milestones into measurable learner states for consumer language products serving Southeast Asian markets.

Farid Osman runs metric framework sessions and advisory retainers. His background sits between product analytics and adult language education research, with a preference for fewer events that mean something.

Values we keep visible

  • Prefer learner outcomes over vanity traffic
  • Name uncertainty instead of dressing it as precision
  • Respect Malaysian data-handling expectations and client confidentiality
  • Leave documentation your team can maintain without us

Community

We occasionally host short reading circles in Kuching for product people working on education and language tools — informal, no pitch deck. Ask when you enquire if you want the next date.
